关于人民币区域化和国际化可能性探析

若能实现在与日本平等的基础上建立亚洲货币基金 ,或者暂不排斥本国货币存在的前提下规划发行“亚元” ,对中国都是利大于弊的。不过 ,在此之前和之后的一个较长时期内 ,中国还是要积极推行人民币的区域化和国际化。推行人民币的区域化和国际化是中国参与经济全球化、亚洲经济协调发展和中国增强国际金融竞争力的迫切需要 ,而中国改革开放也为此奠定了雄厚的现实基础。我们要进一步采取相关对策 ,如巩固微观经济基础、建立良好的信用机制、建立非对称利率市场化和开放性金融监管体系等 。

There will be more advantages than disadvantages for China if Asian Currency Funds can be set up based on equality with Japan or 'Asian dollar' can be issued on the basis without excluding China's currency temporarily. However, during a long period before or after it, China should positively pursue the regionalization and internalization of RMB. This is a task of top priority for China to participate in economy globalization and Asian economy coordination development and strengthen its international finance competitive ability. And China's reform and open policy has set a deep foundation for it. In order to create conditions for regionalization and internationalization of RMB, we should take further related countermeasures such as: reinforcing microeconomic basis, setting up good credit mechanism, setting up systems of marketalization of non-symmetrical interest rate and open supervision and management.
