The investment and financing for information industry is the vital capital resource for its sustainable development and a great drive for it.Whereas,the full play of the function depends on proper strategy in investment and financing of the industry.The paper puts forward the strategy of investment and financing for China's information industry in the following six aspects:the form of the pattern of investment and financing;the forerunner function of fiscal investment and financing,the support of the capital market,the form of the risky investment mechanism,the use of foreign capital and the system construction of the law and regulation of investment and financing.
