氟西汀治疗心律失常伴抑郁症状的对照研究

The control study of treating arrhythmia patients with depressive symptom by Fluoxetine

目的比较加用氟西汀(商品名为百优解)治疗伴有抑郁症状心律失常患者的临床效果。方法入组对象为门诊和住院心律失常及Zung量表≥40分的患者随机分为两组。治疗组常规抗心律失常药物治疗加用百优解20mg/次,1次/d,对照组常规抗心律失常药物治疗。比较两组3,6周Zung量表减分及心律失常缓解情况。结果治疗组3、6周Zung减分值、心律失常缓解率均优于对照组;对照组3,6周Zung自身减分值亦有统计学意义。结论并用百优解治疗伴有抑郁症状的心律失常患者对改善抑郁症状和缓解心律失常均有正性作用。对非器质性心律失常的诊断定位值得进行跨临床学科合作研究。

Aim To observe the clinical effect of Fluxetine on arthythmia with depression.Comparing Fluoxetine's clinic effect of treated arrhythmia with depressive symptom. Methods Arrhythmia inpatients and outpatients with depressive symptom that the SDS(self rating depression scale) score≥40 randomized into two groups.The treating group was treated with routine medicine of anti arrhythmia.Okys 20 mg Fluoxetine every day.The control group was treated with routine medicine of anti arrhythmia.Compared the descended numerical value and the state of arrhythmia at the end of the third and sixth week after treatment between the two groups.Result The descended numerical value according to SDS and the state of arrhythmia of the treating group at the end of the third and the sixth week after treatment were superior to that of the control group,with the statistic significance in both groups.Conclusion Fluoxetin in addition treating arrhythmia with depressive symptom has positive effects in improving depressive symptom and arrhythmia . It has significance within many subjects uniting study in orientation diagnosis for arrhythmia without essential pathological changes.
