运动后大鼠血清心肌肌钙蛋白I的变化与运动医学保健的应用价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过检测运动后大鼠血清cTnI的变化,探讨其在运动医学保健中的应用价值。方法48只大鼠分为5组:对照组,运动力竭即刻组,大负荷运动后6,18,24h各组,分别测定其血清cTnI。cTnI的检测用改良Bodor双抗夹心酶联免疫法。结果(1)对照组和力竭运动后即刻组血清cTnI的OD值分别是0.0469±0.0124,0.0543±0.0050;t=1.567,ν=13,P=0.141,差异无显著性意义。(2)大负荷运动后6,18,24h各组cTnI的OD值分别是0.0476±0.0088,0.0437±0.0094,0.0557±0.0150。各组与对照组及各组间方差分析:F=1.393,P=0.267,组间两两比较,P值0.061~0.897,差异无显著性意义。结论(1)本实验大负荷运动后未见有血清cTnI升高,提示没有心肌损伤。(2)大鼠力竭运动后即刻,血清cTnI未有升高,但需作进一步动态检测。 Aim The previous study shows that the presence of cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in serum is a specific molecular marker of ischemic myocardial injury (IMI)and minor myocardial damage(MMD).cTnI has greater sensitivity and specificity than other serum enzymes.A successful detection of cTnI in serum is helpful in distinguishing myocardial injury from skeletal muscle damage.By detecting the variation of serum cTnI in rats pre and post swimming,this study revealed that serum cTnI as an indicator of myocardial injury was of value in sports medicine and sports health.Methods Forty eight rats were randomly divided into five groups: the control group (n=7),the group of exhausted swimming(n=8), the group 6h after intensive swimming(n=9),the group 18h after(n=7), and the group 24h after(n=7). Serum cTnI of each group was measured by the method of improved double monoclonal antibody enzyme linked immunoadsordent assay (ELISA).Results (1)The oxygen demands(OD) of serum cTnI were 0.0469±0.0124 and 0.0543±0.0050 in control group and exhausted group respectively, and showed no significant differences between two groups(t=1.567, v=13, P=0.141).(2)The OD of serum cTnI was 0.0476±0.0088,0.0437±0.0094 and 0.0557±0.0150 in groups 6,18,24 hours after intensive swimming respectively.In comparison with control group, the analysis of variance showed no significant differences among five groups(F=1.393, P=0.061-0.897). Conclusion Serum cTnI dose not increase after load exercise, which indicates that ischemic myocardial injury dose not occur.Although the serum cTnI dose not rise instantly after load exercise,the development need to be observed.
