递增负荷运动对人体血清一氧化氮、肌酸激酶等指标的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的了解递增负荷运动对人体一氧化氮(NO)活性及其他生物学指标的影响,为通过改变NO浓度来调节人体运动功能状态提供可能性。方法10名足球专业大学生在跑台上完成递增负荷运动直至力竭,测安静时、运动后即刻和恢复30min后的血清NO、血尿素氮、血清肌激酶(CK)和尿常规指标。结果运动后即刻NO出现显著升高(P<0.05),30min后虽仍高于安静值,但已无显著性差异。实验运动负荷未引起血尿素氮显著变化。CK活性在运动后即刻和恢复期30min后都非常显著地高于安静状态(P<0.01)。递增负荷力竭运动后受试者出现运动性蛋白尿。结论递增运动负荷导致血清NO一过性增高,血清肌激酶(CK)活性出现非常显著增高,出现运动性蛋白尿和较高的尿胆红素及尿胆原,提示剧烈运动引起肾小球通透性改变及血红蛋白的分解代谢增强。运动对血尿素氮未产生明显影响。 Aim To explore the effects of load exercises increased by degrees on nitric oxide (No) activity and other biology indices. Methods Ten college volunteers from football department were engaged in running on treadmill till exhaustion.Then their serum NO,blood urea nitrogen, serum creatine kinase(CK) and urine routine test were measured in peaceful state immed, and 30 minutes after exercise during the convalescence.Results NO level increased significantly immediately after exercise(P< 0.05), and 30 minutes after exercise it was still higher than that in peaceful state,but there was no significant difference longer.Exercise load in experiment did not cause blood urea nitrogen to change obviously. CK activities at the immediate time after exercise and 30 minutes later during the convalescence were significantly higher than that in peaceful state(P< 0.01).Exercise induced albuminurias were appeared in all subjects after load exhaustive exercise increased by degrees.Conclusion Progressive increasing exercise load induces serum NO to increace in a minute,serum CK's activity increase obviously,exercise induced albuminuria appear,urine bilirubin and urobilinogen rise.It indicates that intensive exercises cause glomerulus permeability to change and katabolism of hemoglobin to enhance. Exercise dose not the obviously effect blood urea nitrogen.
