本文针对我国《公司法》未规定股份公司的职工董事制度的情况,提出了我国实行有限的职工参与决策的新模式,这对我国公司法人制度的完善,促进经济不发达地区公司企业的发展具有指导意义。

According to the company law of our co un try does not stipulate the condition of staff director system of stock company, this paper puts forward the new pattern of implementing limited staff participat e in decision, which has guidance meaning for perfecting the system of corporate juridical person and promoting the development of economy undeveloped area.
