论文以企业组织管理模式的发展为主线 ,分析传统及现代组织形式的优缺点和适用性 ,并提出在经济。
based on the development of organization managemnt model of enterprises,the article analyzed the advantages,the disadvantages and the practices of traditional and modern organization patterns,at the same time a new organization model-neural network organization in the era of economics and information globalization was proposed.
