摘要
软件开发和科研项目有很多相似之处 ,目前软件开发实践中已经形成了很多行之有效的管理方法 ,而科研管理在这方面还比较欠缺。本文介绍了软件开发中两种最重要的方法 -项目管理和过程管理 。
Scientific research is similar with software development in many aspects. Nowadays, there have been many effective methods of the software development, however the situation is different in scientific research. This paper introduces two very important software development methods: project management and process management, then analyzes the feasibility and benefit of implementation of the two methods in scientific research management.
