旅游业作为无污染的绿色产业在改革开放以后倍受人们的关注,在促进地区经济发展中扮演着重要的角色。中国西部旅游资源丰富,发展旅游业有着得天独厚的条件,但是西部旅游业的发展中也出现了前所未有的问题,必须予以高度重视。西部旅游业必须走可持续发展之路,保护旅游资源及其多样性是必然之举。

As a green industry, tourism, playing an important role in the development of regional economy, has been paid more attent ion to since the Reform and Opening. Western China is rich in travel resou rces. But in the course of development, there are many problems that must be solved. The travel industry in Western China must choose sustainable ways to go and it is necessany to protect travel resources and its diversity.
