摘要
本文通过总结国内外对ERP实施的成功因素法 ,借鉴软件开发过程的能力成熟度模型 ,提供企业一个基于过程改进的“ERP实施的能力成熟度模型” ,把企业ERP实施的能力成熟度用原始级、可重复级、已定义级、可管理级和优化级来区分 ,以求ERP应用企业、ERP软件公司、ERP咨询公司重视对ERP实施的能力成熟度评估 ,使得项目成员能够按照ERP实施步骤预料实施结果与计划的吻合程度 ,促进企业针对实施标准进行持续的过程改进 ,提高ERP软件实施的质量 ,促进企业管理模式的更新 ,使得企业按时、按预算。
Summarize the domestic and international successful factor method to put ERP into practice,and draw lessons from the capacity that software develop mature degree model of process,then provide a mature degree model of capacity which based on the development of enterprise.The capacity of enterprise carry out ERP system can be divided into five stages:primitive stage,repeated stage,definitive stage,controllable stage and optimized stage is for ERP application business enterprise,ERP software company,ERP consult can thoughtful of mature degree of capacity to put ERP into practice of company to take the gauge of,and make worker can according to the ERP put the step anticipate to into practice to pan out and plan into practice of fit together the degree,promote the business enterprise to aim at to into practice the standard to proceed the process that keep on the improvement,increase the quantity of the ERP software that into practice,promote the renewal that business enterprise manage mode,make the business enterprise is on time,press budget,press result ground to complete ERP management engineering.
