我国科研院所建立现代企业制度研究

Study on Establishing the Modern Enterprise Institution in Scientific Research Organizations in China

在分析目前我国科研院所改革的现状与面临的主要问题的基础上 ,根据国家对科研机构改革转制的要求 ,本文认为我国科研院所体制改革的根本目标是建立以现代企业制度为核心的现代科研院所制度。

The thesis study the problems of scientific tesearch organizations in China at present time.According to the nation's institutional innovation decision for the scientific research organization,the final aim of the reform is to establish the new system of the research institute's development.The thesis puts forward some suggestions to deal with the problems which have to be sowed in the reform.
