舒普深治疗下呼吸道感染39例疗效观察

Observation of Sulperazon on Lower Respiratory Infection

目的 :评价舒普深治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :选用先锋必作对照。下呼吸道感染76例随机分为两组 :试验组(舒普深)39例、对照组(先锋必)37例 ,两药剂量均为1～2g/次 ,2次/日 ,静脉滴注 ,疗程7～14d。结果 :试验组和对照组的临床有效率分别为89 74 %和70 27% ,细菌清除率分别为90 32%和66 67 % ,经统计学处理有显著性差异(p<0 05)。不良反应率分别为2 56%和8 11% ,无统计学显著差异(p>0 05)。结论 :舒普深是一种抗菌谱广、疗效显著、副作用少的抗生素 。

Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of sulperazon on lower respiratory infection.Methods:76 cases of lower respiratory infection were randomly divided into treatment grorp(sulperazon,39 cases)and control group(cefatrizine,37 cases).The dosage of the two groups was 1-2g per time and intraveinous 2 times daily for 7～14 days.Results:The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 89 74% and 70 27%,and the rate of bacteria clearance was 90 32% and 66 67% respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0 05).Conclusion:Sulperazon is a antibiotic of wide-spectrum antibacterial,effective and low side-effect.It is suitable for treating lower respiratory infections.
