Tutors and Moral Education of Middle School in New Age

文章指出,中等师范教育是小学教师的摇篮,所以中师班主任要树立现代德育教育观念,科学地认识德育教育目的;正确地把握德育教育过程,进而平等地处理好师生关系,在德育教育中发挥班主任的主导作用。

In this article, the author put forward that the secondary normal school is the cradle for training primary school teachers. Therefore, tutors in middle schools should hold an advanced idea of modern moral education, correctly understand its objects , properly control its development and skillfully deal with the relationship between teachers and students so that tutors can play a major part in moral education in middle schools.
