摘要
《教育学》是师范生完善教师素质结构的必修课程。教师只有认真备课运用多种教学方法,开展各种教学活动,才能活跃课堂气氛,激发学生主动求知的积极性,提高教学效果,达到预期的教学目的。
Pedagogy is a required course for normal school students to perfect their qualifications as a would - be teacher. Only through earnestly preparing lessons and invigorating class atmosphere by the aid of various teaching methods can the teacher stimulate the students' enthusiasm for active learning , improve the teaching effects and achieve the expected teaching goals.
