摘要
本文根据水电站现场测试双击武水轮机载荷时间历程,通过数据处理得到任一水头下载荷幅值概率分布函数。在数据处理中采用新的雨流计数学模型和三参数威布尔数学模型。文中以双击式水轮机为例提出在指定寿命下疲劳强度为正态分布、载荷幅值为威布尔分布时的疲劳强度可靠性的设计方法。
Based on the actural load-time history for the runner of a cross flow turbine at hydropower station, the probability distribution function for load amplitude under any head can be obtained by data processing. In data processing, the new rainflow counting model and the three parameter Weibull Distribution model are used. Taking the cross flow turbine runner as an example, a method is put forward for the reliability design of fatigue strength under a given lifespan with the fatigue strength in normal distribution and the load amplitude in Weibull Distribution
