摘要
对许多技术产品的性能参数要求并不能用一个确定值而应该用一个允许区间量来表示,还有一些参数则要求从标准值或者离散值中选取。提出了基于区间分析的指数方程解法。用这种方法求解这类技术产品系列参数的级比,能同时满足对产品区间参数和离散参数的取值要求。最后以液压挖掘机为例,导出了其系列参数级比公式,用于工厂系列产品开发实践取得成功,从而显示了这一方法的有效性。
For many technical products the property parameter requirements can't be desoribed by a definite value, but it should be expressed by a permitted interval amout: There are some parameters must be chosen from the standandized or discrete data.This paper advances a solving method depending on the exponential equations of interval analyse, The step factors obtained by this method for this kind of technical products can satisfy selecting value requirements for the interval and discrete parameters of products at the same time. Finally the paper takes the hydraulic excavator as an example derived the formula of the step factor of series parameters. This formula has been applied to the development of size range products in factories and obtained a success, thus shows the elfectiveness of this method. Fig2 Tab1 Ref6
