摘要
本文主要介绍了两种回转刀架(中国大连机床厂和意大利巴鲁法迪公司)的结构构成、性能、工作原理及它们在工作中所需转角和时间等方面的比较。进一步分析了其有关转位精度的粗定位精度与回转分度的转动惯量的克服。为今后设计或选用数控回转刀架提供借鉴。
The structure, characteristic and functional principle of two kinds of rotary toolposts(productions of the Dalian Machine Tool Works, PRC, and that of the Italian Baruffaldi Company) are chiefly described in this paper. A comparison to the rotary angle and the time required as the toolpost werw at work. Further analyses was made on the related rough positioning accuracy of turning accuracy and on the overcoming of rotating inertia of the rotary indexing. Thus this paper is aimed henceforth to give a useful reference in designing and in choosing numerical control rotary toolpost.
