摘要 就氧化钙二段中和沉淀法处理铜矿酸性废水的工艺设计原理、生产运行中出现的问题进行了阐述和分析 ;重点介绍了二段中和改变为一次中和的工艺改进和斜板沉淀池、石灰消和机等设备技术改造的措施 ,以及改造后取得的良好效果。 Two-step CaO neutralizing and sedimentation process is highly developed and is economical to treat acid wastewater. In this paper the principle of design and the attentions in operation of this process are described. Some problems are presented in detail, and for these the reconstruction of two-step neutralization process into one step, adoption of lamella sedimentation tank and the causes and measures to reform lime slaking devices are included. These improvements are successful in both upgraded water treatment and reduced operating expenses.
