摘要 本文研究分析了机械零部件设计公式中的随机变量的变化及离散程度,应选用不同分布的强度-应力干涉模型进行可靠性设计计算。用算图估计可靠度和研究可靠度、安全系数、变差系数、强度、应力等随机变量的变化性的关系时,简便快捷,它特别适用于需要返复修正设计变量的方案设计。如将算图绘制在A3坐标纸上其可靠度可达0.9~0.999,能满足一般机械的可靠性设计。 ABSTRACT This paper studies and analyses the variation and diffuse extent of random variable which appears in the mechanical parts design formulae. The study shows that we should choose the stress-strength interference model with different distribution to carry out the calculation of reliability design.With nomogram graphic methods, it is very brief and convenient to estimate and research the design reliabilty,the safety coeficient, the coeficient of variation,and the variation relationship of Stress-strength random variables and it is especially available for the scheme design in which design variables need to be revised repeatedly. If the Nomogram be drawn on a A3 coordinate paper, the estimated reliability will reach 0.9-0.999,which will meet the needs of common mechanical reliability design.
