新疆县城排水工程设计思考

Considerations on Sewage System Design in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

根据新疆县城排水现状及存在问题 ,提出在西部开发新疆县城排水建设中应深刻理解建设部、国家环境环保总局及科技部联合下发的《城市污水处理及污染防治技术政策》 ,切合实际 ,把握住建设的重点。对排水管网建设、污水处理厂工艺选择与建设提出了一些建议。

The author indicated that in Sewage system design for townships in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region more intentions have to be paid to the massage titled Technical Policy on Urban Wastewater Treatment and Pollution Protection issued by the Ministry of Construction, National Environmental Protection Bureau and the Ministry of Science-Technology. The design will be press close to practice and hold to the focus of construction.
