免疫速率散射浊度法测定尿微量白蛋白的实验研究

Study on Immunonephelometric Method for Measuring Microalbuminuria in Urine

目的 对特种蛋白分析仪测定尿微量白蛋白进行实验研究。方法 通过ARRAY360全自动免疫速率散射浊度测定系统对尿微量白蛋白测定并进行方法学评价。结果 本测定方法性能良好。线性范围为 2～ 40mg/L ,最大分析范围可达到 8640mg/L ,平均回收率为 99.9% ,低值批内变异系数 (CV)为 1 .8% ,批间CV为 2 .8% ;高值批内CV为 2 .6 % ,批间CV为 4 .8%。结论 结合胆红素、血红蛋白、脂类、肌酐干扰小。与放射免疫法 (RIA)比较有良好的相关性 (r =0 .999) ,试剂稳定。抗原过量自动检查及样本超出范围时自动稀释重复检测 ,加上微电脑的控制 ,使该实验方法可靠 ,测定更快速 。

Objective To study Microalbuminuria in urine quantitation by Special Protein Analyzer.Methods By the measuring system of ARRAY 360 Automatic Immunonephelometric,Microalbuminuria in urine was measured and was evaluated in methodology.Results This measuring method functions well.The linear detection range is 2～40 mg/L ,the averge rate of recovery is 99.9% ,the low levels of interior CV serve as 1.8%and the ones between the interior CV 2.8%;The high levels of interior CV serve as 2.6% and the ones between the interior CV 4.8%.Conclusions Combined Bilirubin,Hemoglobin,Triglyceride and Creatinine influenced little on it.Fairly good correlation(r=0.999) with the radiation immunity method(RIA),reagent is stable.Automatic check of excessive antigen,automatic dilution,test of sample while transscending the range and the control of microcomputer make the method reliable,the measurement quick and the operation portable.
