In order to keep the work with time, and to reinforce its pertinence, validity and go-aheadism, so as to serve the struggling purposes of the Party during the new phrase of socialism modernization construction, we should start from the new characteristics of the ideological and political work in the new situations, grasp the cut-in points, and accurately find out the breakthroughs to make valid countermeasures.
