摘要
文中简要介绍了工业控制组态软件GENIE3.0的特点,给出了玻璃工业窑炉系统的结构框图及恒温控制系统的硬件框图,提出了一种针对玻璃窑炉工艺特点的分程解耦控制方法。监控软件用GENEE3.0实现,做到了人机界面友好、操作方便。现场运行结果表明,该系统具有很大的推广价值。
In this paper, the feature of industrial control configuration software——GENIE3.0 is introduced briefly. The constitution about glass furnace and hardware of the thermostatical control system are given..Due to the technological characteristic of glass furnace, a method of branch decoupling control is proposed. The software is implemented base on GENIE3.0 with good man - machine interface and the system is convenient on operation. The actual operation result shows that the control system has great value for the use widely.
