摘要
本文结合硬质合金喷雾干燥制粒生产工艺原理及其自动化的要求,介绍由工作站和可编程序控制器S7-300等构成的计算机控制系统。文章重点阐述了基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的PLC硬件控制原理,控制程序和通信方式及闭环控制系统;文章还阐述了研化工作站作为上位机的WinCC监控软件。
The paper introduces the computer control system mainly consisting of the work statione & the touch screen, programmable logical controller S7-300 etc., combining with the features of the production process and its practical requirement for automation. The article mainly discusses the hardware contol principle of S7-300PLC based on PROFIBUS-DP and the control program design, the system communication methods and the close loop adjusting system. The paper also describes the monitoring & controlling software WinCC for workstation as an upper computer.
