摘要
庄海4×1井是港海一号平台施工的一口大井径、大斜度双靶预探井,完钻井深为2346 m,水平位移为503.59 m,最大井斜为41.9°,井斜角为2.99°。该井明化镇组、馆陶组地层粘土矿物以伊/蒙混层为主,亚甲基蓝容量高,膨胀性强,易坍塌掉块,油层易受污染。采用甲酸盐聚合醇钻井液体系。该体系主要由提粘剂CXV、降滤失剂CXF、井壁保护剂CXG、聚合醇、辅助抑制剂和甲酸盐等组成,基本无毒、可直接向海水排放。现场应用表明,甲酸盐聚合醇钻井液性能稳定,悬浮能力强,具有良好的润滑防卡性能、抑制性能和防塌性能,渗透率恢复值较高,对油层起到了一定的保护作用;该钻井液密度低、固相含量低、静切力小,利于井下安全和快速钻进,满足了庄海4×1井的定向施工要求。
Well Zhuanghai 4×1 is a double targets large hole exploration well drilled by No. 1 Ganghai platform, with max-deviation angle of 41. 9°and total depth of 2346 m and horizontal displacement of 503. 59m. Reactive illite/smectite mixed layer and more methylene blue capacity in the formation leads to swelling and sloughing. Formate-polyol drilling fluid which mainly consists of viscofier CXV, fluid loss additive CXF, wellbore protecting agent CXG, polyol alcohol, other inhibitors and formate has been used in the field. The results show that the drilling fluid has stable property, high suspending efficiency, good lubrication, inhibition and sloughing prevention. Also, it has no poison and can be discharged to sea directly. Having the performances of higher permeability recovery, low density, low solids content and small static shearing force, formate polyol drilling fluid can provide protection to formation and can accelerate the drilling safely. It has met the engineering requirements of Well Zhuanghai 4×1.
