钻井液用抗盐降滤失剂MPA-99的研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸等为主要原料,采用正交试验方法,通过优选共聚物的最佳原料配比,并在大分子中引入羧钙基、磺酸基等多种官能团,合成了一种抗温、抗盐、抗钙镁离子污染的新型钻井液用聚合物降滤失剂MPA-99。该降滤失剂为淡黄色粉末,在饱和盐水、复合盐水和高钙镁离子钻井液中均具有较强的降滤失效果,并且抗温能力强,是一种综合性能较好的抗盐降滤失剂。室内评价和现场应用表明,聚合物降滤失剂MPA-99在淡水、复合盐水、饱和盐水钻井液中均具有良好的降滤失能力,并且与常规处理剂配伍性好;MPA-99具有较强的抗温、抗钙镁污染能力,钻井液性能稳定,既使在钻穿盐层时,钻井液性能变化也很小,满足了钻井施工的需求。MPA-99生产工艺简单,具有推广应用价值。 A new polymer filtration reducer (MPA-99) was synthesized through orthogonal tests with acrylamide, acylic acid and 2-acrylamide-2-methy propyl sulfonic acid as main raw materials. By optimizing the best ratio of materials and adding function groups such as carboxyl calcium and sulphonate, the produced additive has good performances such as high temperature stability, salinity tolerance, and calcium and magnesium ions bearing ability. It is light yellow powder. Evaluation in lab and application in field show that MPA-99 exhibits prominent filtration reducing ability in fresh water, compounded brine and saturated brine drilling fluids, with perfect compatibility with other additives. For MPA-99's strong resistance to heat and calcium and magnesium ions contamination, fluid with it remain stable and properties changes little even in salt layers. The production process of MPA-99 is simple, which predict its industrial value.
