摘要
对于弧齿锥齿轮的加工 ,与传统的固定安装法相比 ,利用TCA技术 ,在切齿之前可以模拟接触区在齿面上的形状和位置 ,从而达到预控接触区的目的。切齿试验结果表明 ,使用TCA可以有效地控制接触区。
For spiral bevel gear, comparing with traditional methods, we can estimate the tooth bearings' form and position located on the tooth surfaces with TCA technology. Before machining gear's tooth, tooth bearings can be predicted. The experiment shows a conclusion, which TCA technology can controls tooth bearings effectively, and the productivity and quality of gear machining can be improved.
