计算机支持下的农用地分等研究——以淄川区分等工作为例

农用地等别是衡量农用地质量的基本指标 ,是确定土地使用税、土地征用补偿及租赁费等的重要依据。传统的分等方法耗资耗时大、精度低 ,采用地理信息系统和计算机技术可以大大提高分等的精度和速度。本文以淄川区农用地分等工作实践为例 ,阐明计算机在现阶段农用地分等工作中的应用。

Farmland grade is a basic index to evaluate the quality of farmland and is the basis of making land use tax?land compensation fee and land tenancy fee.Traditional methods of farmland classification demand much manpower?material resources and time,and has low precision.Using GIS and computer technique in farmland classification can enhance its precision and efficiency.This paper takes farmland classification of Zichuan as an example,describes the utility of computer in farmland classification in now days.
