处置不良资产之我见——看我国金融资产管理公司的管理状况

东南亚金融危机以后,国际社会对金融机构的不良资产问题普遍给予了极大关注。我国四大商业银行由于自身经营机制和外部环境的原因,产生了巨额不良资产,为此我国组建了四大金融资产管理公司(AMC)来处置不良资产。本文通过分析金融资产管理公司现存在的问题,提出金融资产管理公司处置不良资产的对策。

The bad property problem that apprared after the financial crisis in Southeast Asia, international society paiys much attention to financing institution. The four greatest commercial bank in our country, because of its own mechanism with the reason of the exterior environment, produced the bad property. This text passes the analysis of the management company of financial property and the problems that exists now, and bring up the financial property the management the company to handle the counter plan of the bad property.
