摘要
样品经 75 %乙醇抽提 ,以芦丁为标准用 Al ( NO3) 3显色法于 5 1 0 nm下测定了圆盖阴石蕨中总黄酮的含量 .结果表明 :Al( NO3) 3显色法测定该物质黄酮含量的显色稳定性和重复性良好 ,且附生于 1 0种不同树上的圆盖阴石蕨 (地上和地下部分 )中黄酮含量有差异 ,地下部分的变幅为 0 .2 3%~ 1 .34 %,地上部分为 0 .5 95 %~ 3.5 0 8%,显示出含量与不同附主有一定的相关性 .
The rutin was used as a standard compound .Extracted by ethano,flavonoids produced colour with aluminium nitrate that was quantitated by measurement of the absorbance at 510 nm.The result shows that:The stabilization and duplication are good.The content of total flavonoids in Humata tyermanni of the same growth period collected from ten kinds of trees indicated a certain relationship with the growing area.The content of total flavonoids from leaves is from 0.595%~3.508%,while the content of total flavonoids from stem is from 0.226%~1.34%.
