医院感染引发医疗纠纷防范探讨

Prevention of the Medical Tangle Related to Nosocomial Infection

目的 预防医院感染相关医疗纠纷的发生 ,提高医院应对医院感染相关医疗纠纷的综合能力。方法 以新颁布的《医疗事故处理条例》为准则 ,对医院感染引发的医疗纠纷进行剖析 ,明确医务人员在预防医院感染中的责任义务和权利。结果 两年半时间中 ,发生各种医疗纠纷 86起 ,由医院感染直接引发的 6例 (7% ) ,间接引发15例 (18 7% ) ,其中因发生医院感染增加医疗费用而引起纠纷的比率最高 ,有 14例 (6 6 6 % )。结论 医院应加强医务人员预防医院感染意识和法律意识 ;建立健全各种预防、监测医院感染制度 ,遵守医疗卫生管理法律、行政法规和诊疗护理常规 ;做到依法行医、依法保护自身合法权益 ,提高对医院感染相关医疗纠纷的防范意识。

OBJECTIVE To prevent medical tangle related to nosocomial infection and enhance the ability of hospital to handle it when happened. METHODS To analyze the medical tangle related to nosocomial infection on the basis of the new rules of handling medical negligence and to identify the responsibility, duty and rights of hospital. RESULTS During the 2.5 years periods, 86 cases of medical tangle were happened, in which 6 cases (7%) caused by nosocomial infection directly and 15 cases (18.7%) indirectly. Fourteen (66 6%) of 21 cases of medical tangle related to nosocomial infection resulted due to the increases in medical expenses, which were the first popular reason. CONCLUSIONS Hospital should strengthen the medical staff′s awareness of law and preventing nosocomial infection, establish and perfect the rules of preventing nosocomial infection, abide by the law of medical administration and the standards of diagnosis, treatment and nursing, administrate medical behavior by law and protect their own lawful rights and interests and strengthen the awareness of preventing the medical tangle related to nosocomial infection.
