摘要
本文结合 SAP5 有限元分析程序,研制了 ZD 系列减速器箱体的有限元分析前处理软件,对 ZD 系列减速器箱体进行了应力分析,图形显示和计算结果表明,减速器箱体的应力极小,而变形相对较大。
The paper developped finite— element analysis pretreatment program of ZD- series by SAP5 finite—element analysis pro- gram and executed stress analysis and coputa- tional result indicated that the stress in gear- boxes is extremely low,but the scale of defor- mation of the gearboxes is comparatively large.
