摘要
本文介绍一种基于电涡流位移计作为信号拾取元件、以803l单片扩展微机为中心检测单元的焊条偏心检测仪。该仪器适用于各种类型电焊条的偏心测量,其精度达到±0.008mm。
A new kind of multifunctional measuring instrument of electrodes eccentrici- ty using the eddy displacement tranducer to pickup the signal and the 8031 microcon- troller development system to measuring and controlling has been introduced in this paper. It can measure all kinds of the electrodes' ec- centricity which include the carbon steel cov- ered electrodes and the stainless stell covered electrodes.And it's measuring accuracy rating can be controlled in ±0.008mm.
