新闻监督与司法公正是当前社会生活中两大热门话题,是党和国家积极主张与努力深化的改革重点。在我们力图实现法治的社会框架中,必须妥善地协调新闻监督与司法公正之间的冲突,使新闻监督在法律的范围内规范运作,以确保这两大价值理念都能得到充分的实现。新闻监督在司法公正中的运作原则主要包括:报道真实原则,法律素养原则,行业自律原则,合理界限原则等。

News supervision and fair judicature are two hotly discussed issures in current society, and also the focus of the reformation that our party and country endeavor to carry out. In the socity ruled by law that we try to build, we must adjust the contradiction between news supervision and pair judicature properly, and make news supervision work in the frame of law, so that these two principles can be fully implemented. The principles of news supervision in the frame of law include the following: the report should be authentic; reporters should abide by the law; news personnel should keep themselves within the bounds of discipline and the report should be rational.
