“逐渐淡出”状态下的货币政策取向研究

A Study of the Currency Policy of China

积极的财政政策为何要逐渐淡出?“淡出”后的财政政策对中国经济的发展尤其是在与货币政策的联动方面会产生哪些“多米诺”效应?本课题着重研究并回答了与此相关的两个方面的问题:一是“淡出”对我国经济的间接与直接影响问题;二是近期乃至“十五”期间我国货币政策及货币供应量控制目标的定位问题。

Why should we gradually eliminate the active financial policy? What influence will be exerted on the currency policy after the eliminating of the active financial policy? The present paper studies two problems concerned: 1. The direct and indirect influence of 'gradual elimination on Chinese economy; 2. The currency policy of China in the foreseeable future. The author attempts to offer the government valuable reference to make proper decision.
