本文在分析了我国信息产业发展现状、存在问题的基础上 ,提出了完善风险投资机制、结构调整、完善技术设施、改革管理体制、健全信息市场等发展措施。

On the base of the current situation of information industry development of our country and being some problems,this paper puts forward some measures including perfection of investment mechanism,structure regulation,perfection of technological facilities,management system reform and soundness of information market,etc.
