齿轮加工过程的计算机模拟

利用几何造型系统中的集合差运算,实现齿轮成型和插齿两种加工过程的计算机模拟,可加工出具有实体模型的齿轮,并可利用系统提供的测量和计算功能,测量齿轮的有关误差,计算齿轮体积、重量、转动惯量等物理特性。

In the paper,the computer simula- tion of gear forming and slotting manufacturing processes is realized by means of the set subtraction operafion in geometric modeling system,and the gear products with solid model can be made out. Some errors and phisical properties of the gear can be measured and caculated by the measuring and caculating function the system offers.
