摘要 在分析测试海水管路系统焊接接头的基础上 ,探讨了海水管路系统焊接接头在使用过程中的腐蚀失效机理 .结果表明 ,铝青铜一侧发生脱铝腐蚀 ,脱铝主要发生在亚稳β相 ,形成疏松多孔的结构 ,使合金强度大大降低 。 The corrosion failure mechanism of the materials in service is discussed on the basis of analyzing the structural morphology of welded tube joint used in sea water pipeline system. The results indicate that dealuminization corrosion is occurred in one side of aluminum bronze tube, and the dealuminzation is occurred mainly on metastable β phase. After dealuminzation aluminum bronze tube is turned into the porous structure resulting in the very low strength. Dealuminization is hardly occurred on the α phase.
