摘要 A general and flexible multi-motif model is proposed based on dynamic programming. By extending theGibbs sampler to the dynamic programming and introducing temperature, an efficient algorithm is developed. Branchpoint signalsequences and translation initiation sequences extracted from the rice genome are then examined.
