摘要 目的 用黑腹果蝇的生存试验研究居室装潢环境污染对黑腹果蝇寿命的影响。方法 收集 8h内羽化而未交配的果蝇进行雌雄分组 ,每个观察点雌雄果蝇各 40只 ,共 10个观察点。每 2d记录果蝇存活数 ,每 4d更换培养基 ,直至果蝇全部死亡。结果 在对照组的雌雄果蝇平均寿命分别为 49.72± 11.5 3d和 5 3 .2 0± 10 .86d ;而实验各组果蝇平均寿命均明显缩短 (P均 <0 .0 0 1) ,其中雌果 1蝇寿命缩短至 2 3~ 3 7d不等 ,雄果蝇的寿命缩短至 2 3~3 5d不等。雌雄之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 Objective To study the effect of indoor air pollution caused by decoration through Drosophila melanogaster's life-span survival test.Methods A group of drosophilae that had hatched in 8 hours without mating was collected.10 observing points were set,each having 80 drosophilae with half female and half male in number.The survival number of drosophilae was recorded every 2 days.The culture medium was replaced every 4 days till all the drosophilae died.Results Mean life-span of the female and male drosophilaein the control groups were 49.72±11.53 d and 53.20±10.86 d respectively,and that of the experimental groups reduced significantly,.Life-span of the female reduced from to 23-37 days and that of the male reduced to 23-35 days.There was no significant difference between the male and the female in their reduction..Conclusion Indoor air pollution in newly decorated room has obvious effect on shortening the life-span of Drosophila melanogaster.Using drosophila life-span survival test is a good detection method to avoid the harmful effect of newly decorated house before moving in.
