论述了班集体的教育功能、组织协调功能、提升功能、导向功能 ,并提出了加强班集体建设的几项措施。目的是更好地加强青年学生思想道德品质修养 ,提高其综合素质 ,促进全面发展。
This article discusses the educational function, organizational function, and leading function of class. It puts forward several measures to strengthen the class construction, which aims at enforcing the young students' ideological cultivation, improving their comprehensive quality and helping them to have an all round development.
