摘要
中国现代随笔萌芽于"五四"文学革命和思想革命,是现代知识者进行社会启蒙、思想改革的主要言说载体。而现代报刊和出版社的崛起和发达,成了现代随笔产生的物质前提,也是现代随笔赖以生存和繁荣的物质基础。现代随笔以新的"质"出现在现代文坛上,同时也是以新的"形"在文学艺苑占有显著的地位。
Chinese modern essay burgeoned in the 5·4 literature revolution and the thoughts revolution, and was the main carrier by which modern intellectuals took up the social enlightenment and thoughts reformation.
