摘要
房地产权属登记是对房地产物权的确认和公示,对国家和房地产权利人具有十分重要的意义。由于我国土地物权登记与房屋物权登记具有本质的不同,房地产管理体制本身的问题以及房地产权属登记制度立法的不严密,致使实践中权属登记的发证主体混乱。完善我国现行房地产权属登记制度有利于我国房地产业的发展。
The register of real estate right is the recognition and exposing of the real estate, which is significant whether for the nation or for the individuals with the real estate right. The development and perfection of the present register system of real estate right could benefit the estate industry of our country.
