中药直肠点滴治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎65例疗效观察

Clinical observation on Treatment of 65 Cases of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis with Herbal Medicine Drop in Rectal Tube

采用中药直肠点滴治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎(UC)65例,取得良好的效果,总有效率达98.5%,与西医组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。采用中药直肠给药具有简便、经济、安全、疗效显著等优点。避免了药物口服带来的副作用,使药物直达病所,增加有效浓度,避免了消化液对药物的影响,从而提高药物疗效。

Herbal medicines were used for dropping in rectal tube for65cases of chronic ulcerative,with33cases as control group randomly set with SASP for retention-enema,one time 100ml,once a day.The observation on two groups was done.After3weeks treatment,the effective rate was98.5%for treating group and78.8%for control group.It meant that herbal medicine drop in rectal tube could directly affect the rectal tube to treat chronic ulcerative colitis and improve the effects of the medicines.
