摘要
目的探讨加味复方血脂清的降糖作用及对糖尿病大鼠脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:采用四氧嘧啶复制化学性糖尿病大鼠模型,实验分为对照组、模型组、治疗组,观察加味复方血脂清对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响,检测血清、肝脏、胰腺组织MDA水平及血清总抗氧化能力。结果:糖尿病模型组血清总抗氧化能力较对照组明显下降(P<O.01),血清、肝胰组织MDA水平显著升高(P<0.01)。与糖尿病模型组相比,治疗组血糖明显下降(P<0.01),血清总抗氧化能力显著升高(P<0.01),血清、肝胰组织MDA水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:加味复方血脂清能有效地降低血糖,同时具有显著的抗氧化作用。
bjectives:To explore the hypoglycemic function of Modified Xuezhiqing Compound and protecting function on lipid antioxidation damage of diabetes rat.Methods:Adopt alloxan to make a model of alloxan diabetes rat.There were control group,model group and treating group.To observe the influence of Modified Xuezhiqing Compound on blood sugar of diabetes rat.Test the MDA level of serum,liver and pancreas,and the total antioxidation ability of serum.Result:The total antioxidation ability of serum in diabetes model group decreased more obviously than it in control group(P<0.01),MDA level in serum,liver and pancreas increased significantly.Blood sugar in the treating group dropped obviously compared with it in the diabetes model group(P<0.01),total antioxidation ability of serum increased(P<0.01),MDA level of serum,liver and pancreas decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified Xuezhiqing Compound could effectively decrease blood sugar,at the same time it had antioxidation function.
