摘要
研究设计了一种全自动包装机的新型拉膜机构 ,该机构是采用两个橡胶轮侧面拉膜 ,充填筒壁内与拉膜橡胶轮相对应的两面各设有两个滚针 ,利用橡胶轮与充填筒内壁上滚针之间的滚动摩擦力拉动包装膜进给。该新型拉膜机构结构简单、轻巧、运行平稳 ,易于调节 ,拉膜力大。
This paper deals with the research and design of one kind of a new pattern drawing framework on automatical pack machine.This framework has adopted two rubber wheels' side faces to draw film, and has designed two rolling needles in two sides of filling canister inside wall which corresponds to the drawing film rubber wheel, and has used rolling friction force in filling canister inside wall and two rolling needles to pullpacking film advancing. This new kinds of drawing framework is brief, light and handy, smooth in motion, easy in adjustment, great in drawing power, low in costing of installation, control and working.
