摘要
对行星机构式齿轮泵的组成原理、排量、瞬时流量、受力情况进行了分析 ,推导出了新型齿轮泵的几何排量、瞬时流量的计算公式 ,得出了减小流量脉动的齿数选择原则 。
The analysis on the composition,displacement,transient flow and force for a gear pump with planetary mechanism is studied in this paper. The formulae to calculate the displacement and transient flow of the new type pump have been derived, and a rule to select the tooth number is also suggested in order to lessen the flow pulse, which provides references to develop the gear pump suitable for high viscosity liquids in light and chemical industry.
