摘要
上海大名饭店根据使用要求,需在原19层屋面上加接一层。新增梁与原结构剪力墙的连接采取钢筋粘锚技术;为确保结构安全,在原屋面板上另做一层钢筋混凝土板;原屋面梁补强时利用梁上屋面板的结构补强层形成叠合梁。经过优化后的加固方案经济合理,简易可靠。
It is needed to add an additional story to the original19th floor of Shanghai Daming Hotel upon re-quest.The technique of anchoring bond is appli ed in the connection of additional beam and original structural shear wall.A lay er of reinforced concrete slab will be set up on the original roof slab to ensur e the structural security.The strengthening of roof beam has made use of the str uctural strengthening layer of roof slab to form the laminat-ed beam.The bettere d reinforcement program is economic,reasonable,convenient and reliable.
