摘要
In succession to their discovery of Microraptor zhaoianus in 2000, Xu Xingand Zhou Zhonghe, both paleontologists at the CAS Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology andPaleoanthropology (IVPP), together with their colleagues reported in Nature (Januanry 20, 2003) anew species of Microraptor with 'four wings', that is, its legs have feathers well asymmetricallyarrayed, like its other wings. This suggests the creature might be able to glide.
