摘要
经过50多年的发展,我国土地立法规范体系基本形成,但在立法实践中仍存在着一些问题,本文从我国土地立法的指导思想和法律规范体系等方面进行了深入的分析,并提出了相应的建议。
A regulation system of land legislation is well on the way to being established with the development of half a century. Some problems, however, persist in the practice of the legislation. This paper makes a deep analysis in terms of the guiding principle for land legislation and the system of legal regulation of China and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
